Book Report is built and run by me, Liam Gray. If you ever encounter a bug, or have a feature request, please send me an email at hello@getbookreport.com
To help resolve your issue faster, there are three things you can do:
- Include your Account ID. It's displayed at the very bottom of Book Report, and it will let me check into our logs for your account. If you don’t include it, it’s quite likely my first email will be asking you for it.
- Let me know what you’ve tried so far. We provide some standard troubleshooting steps for common issues - it’s always helpful to know if you’ve tried those first.
- Include as much detail as possible. Screenshots are great, and it’s always wonderful to layout what exactly you expected to happen, and then what actually happened instead.
Book Report is a one-man operation, but I strive to keep my responses timely. You can expect me to respond to your email within one or two business days. Patience and grace are always appreciated!
