September Product Update
I've been working hard on Book Report. Here's what's new.
-
Facebook Ads (Beta): Connect your Facebook Ads account to see Facebook and Instagram ad spend, clicks, and impressions alongside your publishing income. Book Report imports the past year of advertising activity and helps match ads to your books and series. Details.
-
Safari Extension: Book Report now has a Safari extension for macOS. Details.
-
Help organizing your catalog: You can now give someone you share Book Report data with permission to help organize your books. A connected AI tool can help too: try asking it to “merge the duplicate books in my catalog” or “remove the marketing subtitles from my book titles”. You can review and undo catalog changes from the Books tab, including changes made by someone else or an AI tool.
-
A few smaller improvements: You can now break down reports by Edition to see individual editions of a book separately, log out from the footer, and the Settings tab is now divided into subsections for easier navigation.
Want to help me build what's next?
- If you publish with Spotify for Authors, Ream, or Lightning Source, I could use your help! I'm looking for volunteers to help me bring these services into Book Report. Open the Settings tab, then click “Data Sources”, and grant permission to the services that you use. This gives me access to your data so I can build and test the integrations. The data won't appear in your reports yet.
- Is there anywhere else you'd like Book Report to import data from automatically? Let me know!
